On August 17, 2021, the Hospital Management Research Institute of the National Health Commission issued the "Notice on the Public Announcement of the Results of the 2019 and 2020 Hospital Smart Service Grading Evaluation for Level 3 and above Hospitals" (referred to as the "Notice"), with the public announcement period ending on August 25, 2021.

The Notice has released the list of hospitals rated as Level 3 or above in the 2019 and 2020 Hospital Smart Service Grading Evaluation. A total of 29 hospitals across the country have passed the Level 3 or above evaluation. Among them, Fuwai Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences is the only hospital that has passed the Level 4 Hospital Smart Service Grading Evaluation.

28 hospitals that have passed the Level 3 review are distributed geographically, including 10 in Zhejiang, 4 in Beijing, 3 in Shanghai, 4 in Jiangsu, 2 in Henan, 1 each in Inner Mongolia, Liaoning, Jiangxi, Fujian, and Hubei
